Falcon Performance Training

Falcon Performance Training - ‘SAPQR’ will emphasize Speed, Agility, Power, Quickness, and Resistance training. This comprehensive program is designed to develop the complete athlete, enhancing performance and preventing injuries. We will apply the latest training techniques to help each student achieve their performance objectives.

  • Who: Students entering grades 7-12 (Fall 2025)
  • When:  Monday/Tuesday/Thursday's
  • Dates: June 9th - July 31st  (not June 30, July 1, 3) 
    • Session 1:  6:45-8:15 am (Boys Session) 
    • Session 2: 6:45-8:15 am  (Girls Session) 
    • Session 3: 8:15-9:30 am  (Mixed Session)
  • Where: Fitness Center

**more information will be release about parking and entrance to the fitness center**
