Falconettes Intermediate to Advanced Dance Training, Gr 7-12

This camp is for anyone who wants to join the Falconettes Competitive Dance Team! Dancers will learn the right way to perform kick and jazz movements. The camp will feature strength training endurance activities and flexibility exercises. Participants will receive clear instructions on how to perform turns jumps flexibility holds kicking techniques and different combinations. Dancers need to wear workout clothes and if you have dance shoes you should wear those too. Make sure to bring a water bottle wear tennis shoes and tie your hair up!
