Water Aerobics
Experience a comfortable and effortless workout with our water exercise classes! Our amazing instructor will customize exercises to match your individual needs and abilities. Classes take place in the shallow end of the pool, ensuring accessibility and ease of movement. For added convenience, a set of stairs with a handrail is available. Please make use of the public locker rooms.
