Aquatics: Level 2 Fundamental Aquatic Skills

Students build upon skills learned in Level I by exploring simultaneous and alternating arm and leg motions, both on the front and back. This lays a solid foundation for future swimming strokes. Completion of Level I is a prerequisite for this course.
