FAST (Foley Aquatic Swim Team)

This swim program offers a fantastic opportunity for boys and girls in grades 5-11 who can swim one full pool length using the front crawl stroke with proper breathing technique. It’s an excellent introduction to the exciting world of competitive swimming, providing skill development and fostering a love for the sport.

Course Fee: $125
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
January 5th - March 5th, 3:00-4:30pm
*Not meeting dates: January 19, February 16, 17

What to bring:  Swimming suit and towel
Location: Foley High School Pool
Locker Rooms: Swimmers will use the pool locker rooms (located on both sides of the drinking fountains). Swimmers will change, shower and then enter the pool deck to check in for class.
