Aquatics: Level 3 Stroke Development

Students will further develop their swimming skills by coordinating the front and back crawl, exploring elements of the butterfly stroke, mastering the technique of treading water, and understanding the rules for head-first entries. This course builds upon the foundational skills acquired in Level 2, offering guided practice to enhance proficiency. Completion of Level 2 is a prerequisite for enrollment in this class.
