A dynamic mix of strength training, intervals, drills, circuits, and core work. Fun, motivating sessions designed for all fitness levels.
Zoom only option-Strength Pilates- Friday 6-6:45am- (can be recorded)
Improve muscle tone, build core strength, and increase flexibility in a well-balanced workout. Combines the benefits of strength training with the core stability of Pilates.
Purchase a class pass. Start anytime and attend as many classes as you like. Purchase new passes as needed. Contact instructor to try a free class or to get started once classes have begun.
