This camp is intended for girls who are interested in participating in training during the off-season or who seek to expand their knowledge of competitive swimming. The main emphasis will be on refining technique and developing strokes. It presents a valuable opportunity to improve physical fitness in anticipation of the forthcoming swim season and is designed to cater to participants of varying skill levels and abilities.
