Foley Fall Dance Team!, Gr 7-12

Want to stay active this fall? Come dance with the Foley Fall Dance Team!

You'll move, groove, build strength, improve your skills, and have fun while learning an exciting routine with the team. We'll stretch, condition, and train together as we grow our dance technique and confidence.

Dancers will perform at the Sauk Rapids-Rice Fall Showcase on Saturday, September 26th, between Foley JV and Varsity volleyball games, and again at halftime of a Foley football game.

No dance experience? No problem! You do not have to be on the winter competitive dance team to join. Just bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and get ready to dance, perform, and have an awesome time!

We can't wait to see you on the dance floor!

Practice Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: August 17-October 9 from 3:10-5pm
Practice Location: FES Gym
Fee: $125 (include performance shirt) 

Home Performance: Volleyball TBD, Football halftime TBD

Dance Show: Saturday, September 26th @ Sauk Rapids-Rice High School. More details to come regarding arrival time of dancers and parents, admission costs for spectators, etc. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing transportation – consider carpooling! 

Performance Attire: Dancer will need black leggings and black jazz shoes. The cost of the performance t-shirt is covered through the registration fee. 

What to Bring to Practice: At practice each day, dancers must wear athletic clothing (no jeans), bring a water bottle, jazz shoes and tennis shoes.  

If the participant is in need of any dance gear (jazz shoes, turners, tights, etc.) please connect with coach Kaylee Klang and she will assist you with getting the items that are needed.  (These items would be an additional cost and could be utilized for the winter competitive team as well.)  Kaylee Klang’s email address: kklang@apps.isd51.org
