Kids who can control their bodies can control their minds. Through training on memory, balance, and coordination in Tae Kwon Do students develop focus, self-confidence, and self-defense. Here are the classes we offer: Lil’ Kickers Tae Kwon Do, Age 4-6This program is designed as a precursor to Tae Kwon Do classes for young children. The material is presented in fun and exciting formats to keep the child interested and excited while teaching them important physical and behavioral skills to develop good habits early in life. Youth Tae Kwon Do - Beg/Int, Age 7+Practicing Taekwondo is a humbling experience. Martial arts helps us to get beyond negative self-judgement, and to focus on constantly developing and improving on ourselves. Youth Tae Kwon Do - Advanced, Age 7+This class builds on the lessons learned in the Youth Tae Kwon Do class. Tae Kwon Do creates an environment where everyone can achieve success.
