DASH Full Day Sports Multi-Sport & Games, Ages 6-12SportsDASH Sports Summer FULL DAY Multi-Sport camp includes fun skills training and games in three sports: Soccer,Basketball, and Flag Football. Athletes will spend roughly 1.5 hours learning and practicing each sport per day. Key sportsskills will be taught and practiced in all 3 sports including: dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and more! Also includeddaily are fun games such as Dodgeball, Capture the Flag, Kickball, and more! Camp ends with games/scrimmages the finalday for each sport, where athletes can showcase their skills. DASH Sports T-Ball Tykes camp introduces players to key elements ofthrowing, fielding/catching, batting, and baserunning. The final day of classes is ‘Game Day’ and athletes will showcasetheir skills in a game environment. Athletes should bring a water bottle and a baseball glove. Baseballs and bats areprovided. Youth Tae Kwon Do - Beg/Int, Age 7+Practicing Taekwondo is a humbling experience. Martial arts helps us to get beyond negative self-judgement, and to focus on constantly developing and improving on ourselves.
