Shred, Sweat, Sculpt Missy Jansen Get your body moving in these fun heart pumping workouts designed to achieve a balanced and sustainable level of fitness that encompasses strength, endurance, cardio, agility, and balance. Various equipment will be used including boxes, balls, sleds, rowing machines, bikes, weights, and ropes. Instructor will help personalize workouts to your goals and individual needs. All fitness levels welcome. Challenge yourself in a motivating and encouraging group environment.

This course is designed to help you tune up your driving skills and update your knowledge of the rules of the road, learn about normal age-related physical changes and how to adjust your driving to allow for those changes. We will discuss how to reduce your traffic violations, crashes and chances for injuries and increase your confidence.

We will paint an abstract composition utilizing bold, sweeping brush strokes in varying shades of black and white creating a sense of movement and energy.
