Get ready for a high‑energy, music‑driven indoor cycling workout designed to boost endurance, burn calories, and strengthen your entire lower body. In this 45–60 minute class, you’ll ride through a series of hills, sprints, intervals, and endurance tracks—all choreographed to motivating beats that keep you pushing to the finish.
Your instructor, Sara Scott, will guide you through resistance changes, proper form, and pacing so you can customize the intensity to your fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, spin class offers a low‑impact, full‑body cardio session that leaves you feeling energized, challenged, and accomplished.
