Students will gain confidence and enjoy being in the water independently while learning essential water safety skills. Parents are not required to accompany them, ensuring each student becomes comfortable and self-reliant in the aquatic environment.

FAST (Foley Aquatic Swim Team) This swim program offers a fantastic opportunity for boys and girls in grades 5-11 who can swim one full pool length using the front crawl stroke with proper breathing technique. It’s an excellent introduction to the exciting world of competitive swimming, providing skill development and fostering a love for the sport. Swimmers will change, shower and then enter the pool deck to check in for class.

Students will enhance their skills and boost their endurance by swimming familiar strokes over longer distances. They will further develop their butterfly stroke technique and be introduced to the breaststroke, elementary backstroke, elements of the sidestroke, and basic turns. Completion of Level 3 is a prerequisite for enrollment in this course.

Students will further develop their proficiency in all swimming strokes, including the front crawl, back crawl, butterfly, breaststroke, and sidestroke. They will work on increasing their endurance and be introduced to executing flip turns. Successful completion of Level 4 is a prerequisite for this course.
