Aquatics: Level 4 Stroke ImprovementAquaticsStudents will enhance their skills and boost their endurance by swimming familiar strokes over longer distances. They will further develop their butterfly stroke technique and be introduced to the breaststroke, elementary backstroke, elements of the sidestroke, and basic turns. Completion of Level 3 is a prerequisite for enrollment in this course.Winter-Spring 2026 -
Aquatics: Level 5 Stroke RefinementAquaticsStudents will further develop their proficiency in all swimming strokes, including the front crawl, back crawl, butterfly, breaststroke, and sidestroke. They will work on increasing their endurance and be introduced to executing flip turns. Successful completion of Level 4 is a prerequisite for this course.Winter-Spring 2026
