Join us for a "one act" play! Students in grades 6-9 will prepare for a one act play that will be performed for parents and the community on the last day.

Interested in RC Cars? Want to try racing them on a track? Then come join us as we explore what makes them work and get to try them out. Participants will leave with a better understanding and get some time testing out their driving skills on a few different types of RC Cars. Participants can use the RC Cars provided or use their own on approval.

Welcome to our Culinary STEM class, where kids can explore the exciting intersection of science and cooking! In this interactive class, we’ll delve into fascinating Biology and Chemistry concepts while honing our culinary skills. Together, we'll create two delightful edible crafts: an Edible DNA model and Wintery Popcorn. This will be a fun-filled experience where students will learn about DNA structure, genetics, and the chemistry behind popcorn, all while indulging in delicious creations. Join us for a day of cooking, learning, and enjoying the wonders of science and food!

First Aid and Safety Trained Kids is a 4-hour course for ages 7-10. This course helps prepare children for staying safe at and away from home. Lessons cover basic first aid, water safety, vehicle safety, home emergencies, injury prevention, stranger and internet safety. Students will receive a book, handouts and a home first aid kit as part of the class.

This course fulfills the requirements needed to obtain a driving permit. Students must be at least 15 years old to take the permit test. We recommend enrolling in this class as close as possible to the time you plan to take the permit test to maximize the retention of information. Attendance for the full 30 hours of classroom instruction is mandatory. Adults seeking a driving permit are also welcome to participate in this class. The "Behind the Wheel" component, comprising 6 hours of hands-on driving instruction, is separate from the 30 hours of classroom learning. Participants can register for their "Behind the Wheel" training once they have completed the classroom instruction.

Babysitting 101 This course is best suited for 10 to 13-year-olds interested in learning the current practices of caring for young children and how to manage their babysitting business. Students will learn safety and injury prevention, CPR, first aid basics, feeding and caring for infants and how to handle behavior problems. Students receive a reference book, handouts, babysitting bag and first aid kit.
