Aquatics: Level 4 Stroke ImprovementAquaticsStudents will enhance their skills and boost their endurance by swimming familiar strokes over longer distances. They will further develop their butterfly stroke technique and be introduced to the breaststroke, elementary backstroke, elements of the sidestroke, and basic turns. Completion of Level 3 is a prerequisite for enrollment in this course.Winter-Spring 2026 -
Aquatics: Level 3 Stroke DevelopmentAquaticsStudents will further develop their swimming skills by coordinating the front and back crawl, exploring elements of the butterfly stroke, mastering the technique of treading water, and understanding the rules for head-first entries. This course builds upon the foundational skills acquired in Level 2, offering guided practice to enhance proficiency.
