Girls Team Swim and Dive CampSportsGirls Team Swim and Dive Camp Grades entering 7-12 This camp is intended for girls who are interested in participating in training during the off-season or who seek to expand their knowledge of competitive swimming. The main emphasis will be on refining technique and developing strokes. It presents a valuable opportunity to improve physical fitness in anticipation of the forthcoming swim season and is designed to cater to participants of varying skill levels and abilities. Competitive/Advanced Dive Camp This camp is for the more advanced male or female diver working on technique related to the dynamics of diving. Divers will do brief conditioning and practice dry land techniques. In the water, divers will develop more difficult optional dives, practice and perfect current dives, work on board work technique, as well as prepare for the upcoming diving season. All participants should bring a swimsuit, towel, and shammy if they have one and tennis shoes and shorts for dry land. **Camp will take place at Milaca Public School poolSummer 2025

Rookie Ball (T-Ball), Ages 5-6SportsRookie Ball (T-Ball), Ages 5-6 Fundamental game skills will be instructed, and various games will be played. Players will commence the season by batting off a tee and may advance to hitting balls pitched by a coach by the conclusion of the season. Teams will be established following the initial practice session. The first two practices will focus on skill development, while the subsequent three will consist of practice and scrimmage activities. Players are required to bring a glove, cap, and water bottle to every practice. Each participant will be provided with a t-shirt. Sandals or flip-flops are not permitted.
