Puzzle CompetitionEnrichmentGather your puzzle fanatic friends or family members and join us for a beginner puzzle competition. Teams of four will race to put together a 500 piece puzzle. All teams will put together the same puzzle, provided by us, and be revealed when the clock starts at 5:40pm. The top teams wins bragging rights and a small prize! Rock Steady Boxing For SeniorsAdult RecreationSt. Cloud Boxing & Wrestling Club is proud to sponsor Rock Steady Boxing, a boxing-for-fitness program designed for people 55 and older and for those with Parkinson’s disease. Participants engage in non-contact boxing drills that build motor skills, balance, and coordination through activities such as heavy bag work, focus mitts, and glove-to-glove drills. A variety of movements—stepping, bobbing, and weaving—helps improve attention, coordination, and overall fitness. Our instructors are certified through Rock Steady Boxing of Indianapolis. We provide boxing gloves, and we accommodate walkers, canes, and wheelchairs to support those who need help standing. Wear light, non-slip shoes for safety on the foam wrestling mats. Class Fee: $40When you sign up, you get to choose your start date. This class runs continuously, so you can begin on the date you pick.
